Returns & Refunds policy
Cancellations or order modifications:
All unshipped orders may be cancelled within 14 days from the date the order was placed. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your order number to linaria.tk@gmail.com, or reply to your original order confirmation. All cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Reimbursement will take up to 14 days to be processed once cancellation has been confirmed.
Returns or exchanges:
Returns or exchanges for orders that have been shipped/delivered are not allowed.
If your order has not yet been shipped and would like to request a change to your order, please send us an email with your order number to linaria.tk@gmail.com, or reply to your original order confirmation.
If an order is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, it will be eligible for replacement or refund minus shipping cost. A video displaying the defect found will be required to initiate the replacement/refund. Upon review of the video and confirmation of the video, the replacement/refund process will can be processed.
To request a replacement/refund for orders that meet these conditions, please send us an email with your order number to linaria.tk@gmail.com, or reply to your original order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
